Francisco J. Rodriguez is playing a major role in the 2009 NJAJ Educational Program to be held at Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City in April 2009. Mr. Rodriguez will be moderating the morning April 24th Seminar, will be Co-Chairing the Medical Malpractice Program and presenting on Friday April 25th in the program: ”The year in Torts in New Jersey: The Top Ten”.

Francisco J. Rodriguez will be lecturing on: Dealing with the Surge in Nursing Home Litigation, With a Special Presentation on Pressure Ulcers, for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE).  This seminar will be held on Thursday, December 4th at 5:00 p.m.

Lee Goldsmith lectured on 8/9/08 on Nursing Home Abuse.  The seminar, entitled "Identity Theft, Senior Citizen Frauds and Nursing Home Abuse, was given at the Senior Lawyer's Program at the Annual Convention of the American Bar Association in Manhattan
